Preparation Steps

  • 1In a bowl, combine belacan, chopped chillies, lime juice, palm sugar, ABC Sweet Soy Sauce, tamarind juice, chopped galangal and salt, stirring well until all sugar and salt is dissolved.
  • 2Taste and adjust flavors if desired. In a large serving bowl, combine dressing and all other prepared salad ingredients and serve as a side salad or as a snack with prawn crackers.
