The island of Bali is best known for its beautiful beaches and thriving tourist industry. Few people know this, but every tourist goes to Bali for this delicate and delicious, simple fish dish. Try it out!

Preparation Steps

  • 1Preheat oven to 200˚C. In a shallow baking pan, coat fish in vegetable oil and bake for 10 minutes or until browned and crispy.
  • 2In a pot, combine all remaining ingredients and mix well and bring to the boil.
  • 3Pour sauce over the fish and continue to bake for further 10 minutes. Serve fish over rice and drizzle with leftover sauce.
