Satay Chicken Kebabs
Cooked on the bbq or grill, these satay kebabs make an ideal light lunch, or are big enough for a deliciously quick meal.
- 1Cut the meat into even-sized cubes (2cm) and place in a bowl.
- 2Combine the garlic, ginger and coriander powders with the oil, sweet soy sauce, and diced meat. Marinate for over 1 hour in the fridge.
- 3Soak the bamboo skewers in water. Thread the chicken onto skewers and grill or barbeque, turning often and basting with leftover marinade for 15 minutes, or until cooked.
- 4Serve with warm satay sauce.
