  • 1In a wok, fry the garlic and onion in oil under high heat for 2 minutes until browned, stir in red and green chili.
  • 2Add calamari rings, and fry for a further 2 minutes or until nearly tender. Add vegetable stock and ABC Sweet Soy Sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • 3Garnish with kemangi leaves and enjoy with hot rice.
