Chicken Wings in Sweet Soy Sauce

Chicken wings, hot or cold, make a great finger-food for parties, picnics lunchboxes, an afternoon snack or a main meal.

Preparation Steps

  • 1In a wok, under high heat, stir fry garlic and onions in the cooking oil for 3 minutes.
  • 2Add green chilli and stir fry for 1 minute or until fragrant. Add chicken wings and cook for 20 minutes or longer, stirring regularly.
  • 3Ensuring that chicken is thoroughly cooked, add ABC Sweet Soy Sauce, chicken stock, salt, pepper and simmer for 5 minutes or until gravy has thickened to your taste.
  • 4Garnish with sliced chilli pepper and serve.
