Preparation Steps

  • 1Stir fry white fungus, black fungus, bamboo pith, asparagus, sliced carrot, baby corn and shiitake mushrooms in 1 tbsp oil. Add seasoning mix and stew until liquid absorbed. Put on a serving plate.
  • 2Boil sauce mix, add in 1 tsp of Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil and pour over vegetables.
