Preparation Steps

  • 1Prepare Wai Wai Rice Vermicelli as per pack instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • 2In a bowl, prepare the dressing by mixing the lime juice, fish sauce and chilli paste.
  • 3Add noodles and Chinese BBQ Pork to the dressing.
  • 4Combine the rest of the ingredients in the bowl and toss through.
  • 5Garnish with crushed peanuts and serve.
