- 1Combine the Oyster sauce and Char Sui sauce together in a large bowl. Slice the chicken breasts in half-length wise into thin steaks. Marinate the chicken. Grill or BBQ chicken 3-4 minutes. Then slice.
- 2Heat the oil in a wok over a medium high heat and stir-fry the garlic and vegetables 3-4 minutes. Toss in the noodles and sauces and continue to stir fry 2 -3 minutes stir in the bean sprouts.
- 3Lay the tortilla on a flat surface and spoon the vegetable noodle mixture along the centre , top with sliced chicken and wrap and roll to enclose filling tightly. Secure with paper and serve hot.
