Rich Lamb Casserole

Preparation Steps

  • 1Heat oil in a large frying pan and brown lamb chops well. Remove and place into an oven proof dish. Brown garlic, onions and potatoes 3 -4 minutes, stir in the Hoi sin sauce, Oyster sauce and stock bring to the boil.
  • 2Spoon Vegetables and liquid over the chops and cover.
  • 3Place casserole in the oven and slow cook for 1 ½ hours.
  • 4Serve hot with steamed rice and green vegetables.
