Char Siu Pork Belly Strips

Preparation Steps

  • 1Combine the Char sui sauce, garlic, soy sauce and Oyster sauce in a large non-metallic bowl and mix well.
  • 2Add the belly strips and marinate.(for up to 24 hours)
  • 3Place belly strip on a rack in a baking dish and bake in the pre-heated oven 180c for 40 minutes turning and basting frequently. (Belly strips maybe Barbequed or grilled)
  • 4Serve over steamed snow peas.
