Braised Lamb with Mushrooms and Hokkien Noodles

Preparation Steps

  • 1Combine the Oil, Lamb, garlic paste, ginger, chilli and oyster sauce into a bowl and allow to marinate. ( up to 24 hours)
  • 2Heat a large heavy frying pan over a medium heat 2 minutes and add the marinated Lamb to the pan and cook 4 minutes on each side. Reduce heat, stir in the mushrooms and soy.
  • 3Cover and cook for a further 20 minutes stirring occasionally
  • 4Stir in the spring onions and serve hot with hokien noodles.
