Grilled salmon with noodles and garlic chives

Preparation Steps

  • 1Using a sharp knife, slash the skin of the salmon at 1 cm intervals and cutting 5 mm deep. Rub the salt and pepper into the cuts and set aside.
  • 2Heat a pan, add the oil and place the salmon in skin side down. Grill on high for 3 minutes, then turn and cook for 3 more minutes. Remove and set aside.
  • 3Using kitchen paper, wipe out the pan then place back on the heat and add in the oyster sauce, sugar, soy and sesame oil.
  • 4Add in the noodles and gently toss then add in the garlic chives and present with the salmon.
