Preparation Steps

  • 1Combine the Peking duck slices, spring onions and coriander. Un-roll the rice noodle rolls carefully and trim to form an even rectangle shape.
  • 2Divide the filling among the rolls and carefully roll up. Place the rolls onto a plate, cover and steam for 5 minutes.
  • 3Present cut into halves with a drizzle of oyster sauce.
