Stir-fried Fish with Oyster Sauce

Preparation Steps

  • 1Combine the cornflour, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil and water in a bowl and set aside.
  • 2Heat oil in a wok on medium-high heat. Add fish and pan-fry for 5 minutes or until golden brown. Remove fish from wok and set aside.
  • 3Add ginger, capsicum and snow peas; stir fry for 2-3 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  • 4Add sauce mixture to wok and cook for 1 minute or until sauce thickens. Return fish to the wok and cook until heated through. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
