Preparation Steps

  • 1Place lettuce cups on to serving plates.
  • 2Heat oil in a wok; add garlic and onions and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  • 3Add pork and oyster sauce; stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add water and simmer covered for 1 minute.
  • 4Tiss ub water chestnuts (diced), mushrooms and carrots; stir through Hoisin sauce. Stir-fry for 2 minutes and remove mixture from heat.
  • 5Spoon meat mixture into lettuce cups, garnish with spring onions and serve.
