Preparation Steps

  • 1Heat oil in frying pan. Stir-fry the stuffing till cooked. Stir in seasoning mix and thickener. Remove from heat.
  • 2Spoon 1 tbsp cooked stuffing onto centre of 2 sheets of filo pastry and fold in edges to seal. Brush pastry with melted butter.
  • 3Preheat oven at 200˚C. Bake until pastry turns golden brown.
  • 4Tie pastry with chive as decoration. Serve hot with Heng Shun Chinkiang Vinegar.
