Coconut Cream Powder
This powder is derived from freeze-dried coconut milk and is ideal for convenience and economical use. It takes no time at all to prepare as much or as little coconut cream as you need. This enures there is no waste, and by adding more or less water you can achieve the consistency of either cream or milk. Powdered coconut cream is a convenient alternative when coconut cream or milk is unavailable. Any unused coconut cream can be stored in the refrigerator in a sterilised container for a day or two.
